Nick Haynes, PhD
Nick Haynes is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and applied researcher who helps organizations turn complex questions into useful evidence and practical direction.
His work spans research design, survey methodology, measurement, statistical analysis, and organizational research. He has led large-scale survey initiatives, worked across multidisciplinary environments, and translated complex findings into materials designed for leaders and decision-makers.
Nick’s approach combines methodological rigor with a strong preference for clarity and practicality. Rather than applying sophisticated methods simply because they are available, he focuses on choosing the approach that best answers the question at hand, and then explaining the results in language people can actually use.
He founded Haynes Research & Consulting to bring that combination of research expertise, practical judgment, and collaborative partnership to organizations that may not have those capabilities internally.
